Repointing
We take pride in everything we do
We match the mortar color to the rest of your home (so it doesn’t look like a repair job) It’ll strengthen the integrity of your home. We repair any step cracks caused by settlement or water damage. All new masonry work gets wash down and sealed with a water repellent based sealer. We clean up after ourselves each day. Our grinding depth is 1/2” deeper than our competitors (which means it’ll last a lot longer) Affordable full house repointing is available and we include a 100% restoration wash (removes soot and stains on brick) at no extra cost so your home will look brand new by the time we are done.
Lintel Replacement
Efficient. Reliable. Exceptional Service
You should think about getting a new lintel if: it’s starting to rust causing the brick to lift, you see step cracks in the mortar joints stemming from lintel, you are starting to get water in the house. What I can do is cut out the brick, replace it with a corrosion resistant coated lintel to help prevent rusting, lay the brick back in, and caulk around your window to ensure a watertight seal.

This happens to be a specialty of mine. In addition to your chimney repair, we will re-caulk any holes or openings we see in the flashing and install a new concrete cap at the top to ensure a water tight seal. We also wash all masonry down with a light acid detergent and seal it with a long lasting, water repellent based sealer.
